Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Begin the 14-day trial without entering any payment details. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep your subscription active.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you haven't added a payment method, your subscription pauses automatically. Your data stays intact — just add a card to resume.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal in one click. You retain read access to your data for thirty days after cancellation.
Do you support Arabic invoices and RTL UI?
Yes. The entire pre-auth surface — and your invoices — render natively in Arabic with RTL layout. The app UI is being localized as we ship features.
Where is my data stored?
A managed relational database, with at-rest encryption and backups configured at the hosting layer. Vision's reference deployment is currently hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1) — both database and application — within the European Union, with a UAE region on the roadmap; self-deployers pick the region that matches their buyer's data-protection regime. You own your data: one-click export to JSON or CSV at any time, audit log included.
